We are a mindfulness practice group in Christchurch, offering instruction, practice and discussion, in a warm and supportive environment open to all.
We meet on the first and third Sunday evenings of the month in the central city.
Our activities consist of a blend of contemporary mindfulness practice and enquiry together with traditional Zen meditation practices. Mindfulness practice enables us to be fully present in the moment. Through it, we learn to tend our suffering and to cultivate joy and freedom in our lives.
