Practice Activities

We meet from 7:00pm - 8:45pm on the first and third Sunday of each month at the Mary Potter Community Centre (442 Durham St North, near Bealey Avenue).
We would value your presence whether you are new to mindfulness practice,  
or already have some experience.

 We begin with a period of sitting meditation followed by slow walking meditation (or outdoor walking meditation if weather permits). The sitting meditation will be lightly guided when people new to mindfulness practice join the group.
We then have a discussion on some aspect of daily mindfulness practice.
We conclude with a further period of slow walking meditation followed by sitting meditation.
